Immigration Documentation

Most international students who wish to study full time in the United States must be sponsored by the Â鶹ӰԺ to apply for an F-1 student visa, or transfer F-1 status to the Â鶹ӰԺ if studying at another US institution.

  • Educational loans

All financial documentation must represent liquid assets which are immediately available to pay for your studies at the UO.

Once we have all your financial documentation, we will email Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility, along with important visa and pre-arrival information, to your admissions email within two weeks. You will use Form I-20 to apply for your F-1 student visa.
